Staff are all amazing. A nice lady helped me find things on the shelves. Also, I had become lost trying to find the store and was tired after walking a long way. A young lad offered to call a taxi for me and another one brought a chair out for me while I waited for it. Thank you IGA! You have given me good memories of Cairns to take home.

Bought a lamb chops BBQ pack tonight. When we opened it at home it was off. No worries, we'll just return it (not upset or cranky) Then, KELLIE's attitude was so bad. She got another pack from the fridge, I asked if we could open it there to check it. She said if we do that and it's no good I'll have to throw it out. And I said, what? are you going to sell it to someone else and hope it doesn't come back? So then she offered a refund in a cranky manner.

They have recently "upgraded" to digital price tags and they are utterly terrible.
The new tags don't show what % off the specials are or the previous price, and in many cases the tags are very small and quite difficult to read.
I like to be an informed shopper and often look for specials which is now impossible.
It's really disappointing 😞
