Hello there,
My son has been so good for the first two weeks, but unfortunately his behaviour dramatically changed; he is scared/ crying when I take him to the daycare. He doesn't want to be there. I would like to mention that he is also scared of ms Rachel, his class teacher. He hides his face when he sees her in the past few days. He is not settled in the daycare at all. In addition, I my self even feel racism as a mother due to my background and accent. When I first went for a tour a lady offered me 9 hours session but when I called and asked for 9 hours session; the director the white skinny lady. she said, no there is not a 9 hours session at all. I said, the other lady at the reception offered me on tour day. She was like hold on for one moment and come back and said okay, there is a 9 hours session. I am writing this to help other child and parents in future. Unfortunately, I am not happy with the service you provide.

They aren't even worthy of one star. They are pathetic excuse of a child care. They have it in the same but fail basic care needs. Lucky my kid didn't go here but I picked up a family member's child, they didn't ask me for proper identification, the first time I just walked in and picked up the kid. Truly horrific. I was shocked. When I went into the room the few times I was there, the teachers didn't say a word to me, whispered and made me feel super uncomfortable, it wasn't until I was leaving that someone said "who are you?" I answered and then was shrugged off. There has been multiple "accidents" where they have shown lack of care and extreme neglect. Do not send your kids here and speak up so others don't as well.

My little one has been going to Imagine for almost a year now and it has been amazing to see him develop and grow! The educators are all lovely and genuinely care about the kids. The facility itself is still relatively new with a fantastic layout and an even better playground setup

I honestly would give 6 stars if I could!
All we want as parents is educators who genuinely care for our children in the same way we do. Staff who will teach, play with and comfort our children.

My daughter has been attending this centre since May 2023. There was a brief period where the centre was struggling as a result of the director leaving, and there was higher than normal staff turnover. As a parent it was noticeable that the staff were unhappy, and that caused concern that the children weren't getting the best possible level of care. At this time I was honestly considering moving my child.

The centre then appointed Taylor as the director, and promoted one of their senior educators, Alicia, as the assistant director. WOW, these two are a power team!!

I am not sure how they have done it, but this centre is now, in my opinion, the best place for any child to be.

The programming, education, fun, games, extra activities, special days and celebrations make this such a fun and safe place for my child to be. they really do go above and beyond.

A team is only as good as their leader, and a person will treat others the way they are treated. From my point of view, the staff at the centre are treated with respect, care and kindness. Their personal and collective achievements are celebrated. They are rewarded and supported. All of these aspects influence the care that they provide to the children.

To ALL the staff at Imagine Holmview, I appreciate you, I thank you and I care for you.

Can’t give enough stars for the team at Imagine Holmview 🥹
My son has been attending almost a year.

I took on care of him when he was 2-3 months old, he started attending as a 3 month old baby with attachment & safety issues, the staff have nurtured him & we have worked as a team to meet his needs & ensure he feels loved, safe & comfortable.
They certainly go above and beyond, so grateful for the team we have had the last year.
Now he is transitioning into tiny tots/toddler room and has done so with confidence.
He has thrown his dummy away and stopped bottles himself, which has been his go to comforter.
The amazing chef is such an added bonus knowing my growing boy is getting fresh nutritional meals & I get morning/afternoon tea too 👏
Always see management staff involved with staff & children.

Amazing amazing amazing environment, my son has definitely thrived & developed so much more learning, social & confidence skills thanks to his educators 🫶🏻

I have experience with other day cares and I can definitely say that I am leaving my son in the safest hands. My son gets looked after so well. The place is very clean as well

Our daughter has been a part of Imagine Childcare and Kindergarten Holmview since she was almost 1 year old and she recently turned three. Over the years, we’ve been consistently impressed by the nurturing and stimulating environment provided by the center. The friendships she’s formed are heartwarming, with all the children treating each other with kindness, creating a true sense of community. These relationships have extended beyond the center, allowing us to attend numerous birthday parties and regularly meet up with other wonderful parents.

The staff at Imagine Childcare is exceptional! They are genuinely caring and dedicated to the children’s well-being and development. Their commitment is evident in the diverse range of activities they organise, including Japanese lessons, specialised fitness days, chicken egg hatching, and most recently, discussions about establishing a worm farm. These experiences have significantly enriched our daughter’s learning and curiosity.

Nutrition is another area where Imagine Childcare shines. Every morning, we greet the in-house chef, who warmly interacts with our daughter and often offers her a sample from the kitchen. This interaction has helped her develop polite manners and has established a comforting routine for drop-offs, which as all parents know can be sometimes challenging. The meals prepared are nutritious and delicious, ensuring that our daughter enjoys healthy food daily.

Communication with parents is excellent. Imagine Childcare utilises a parent portal app, which allows us to stay connected and informed about our child’s daily activities and progress. This tool enables us to share new achievements from home with the educators, who then acknowledge and discuss them with our daughter during her time at the center. This seamless communication has provided us with immense peace of mind, especially during her early years at the center.

The educators at our daughter’s daycare have been instrumental in guiding her through various developmental stages, from transitioning from naps to toilet training. Their support and collaborative approach have been invaluable. The management staff is also approachable and open to discussions, making it easy for us to address any questions or concerns we may have.

Beyond the classroom, the center actively fosters family involvement by hosting events like parent nights and grandparent picnics. Additionally, they provide personalised assessments of our daughter’s progress annually, aligned with the national curriculum. This helps us understand her development and areas of growth.

In a demanding environment, the team at our daughter’s daycare does an exceptional job. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and highly recommend this center to any parent seeking a caring, engaging, and well-rounded daycare experience for their child.
