Cheap quality - washed the tshirts & threads coming off within one use.

Do not recommend. Brand looks like it sells quality but unfortunately it doesn’t.
Staff unhelpful too.

I visited on Tuesday 23 April 2024 with my son. The lady at the payment counter was uninterested and weird to be honest. I went over to hand her some items that we decided to purchase asking her can I keep them over counter as we want to purchase them but have too much to hold? she just grabbed and kept them aside… no word - no affirmation … no ok sure… nothing… a flat expressionless face.

Then when I finally purchased stuff and paid… she was putting all clothes in one bag and I requested ither can you give another one as it’s all very puffed… again no yes or ok sure… just made a blank poker face and started giving another bag. Guess what… the one bag where she stuffed two items broke after a while…

Then my son asked her… can I check if u have a scheme for a free bottle for over $250 purchase… and then she says.. oh ya and grabbed one for him.

All the time she was busy with her phone.

Lady you are young and pretty but tell you what… your beauty ain’t getting you anywhere unless you work with a smile and talk nicely to customers.

I went there today with a hangover with my best friend had 2 fabulous workers today helping me they had great customer service I forgot there names but I really appreciate the girls there I want the boss to give them a pay rise because they are honestly great service and made us laugh

Pretty happy with my experence here. The staff were great and the store was nice. The sale stock was resonable. Their deals are prerty bad I must say, very rarely do the have big markdowns which is odd for a DFO. But its worth taking a look just incase they have something good. Overall a great store just wish their specials matched what is offered around them.

I was really let down when I visited the other day. Super unclean as the front of the store was very dusty, especially on the display mannequins!!! The clothes were scrunched up and not folded properly ? When I went into the changing rooms, there was an appalling odour and the floors were very VERY dirty!!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. All staff members seemed uninterested and didn’t bother to check for other sizes when I asked. Clothing was also unorganised e.g shirts on the floor, unfolded clothes etc. Disappointing.
