My husband was in respite care in edmonton gardens this was his first time. As you can imagine it was very stressful to make that decision. Edmonton gardens went well beyond. To make him at home they are such a caring and professional team Felix made john feel secure and at home what a lovely group of people. Don't hesitate to put your loved ones there. Wonderful Wonderful team very grateful for their help at this time

Jo Rumford was so helpful and efficient at liaising with us for my Mother-in-Laws respite at Edmonton Gardens. She helped us to complete all the correct paperwork and kept us in the loop at every stage, so we knew what was happening which made the whole process less daunting. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were left on our own for almost two hours waiting for staff to complete their initial checks on my mother-in-law (which they had started but then left in a hurry). We kept being told that they were returning but in the end were advised that we could leave and would be called if needed. That wasn't a great start for my Mother-in-Law who has Alzheimer's and was then very confused. Such a shame when the initial process with Jo was so easy and well organised.

My mother was at Edmonton Gardens and the care she received was amazing.
ALL the staff treated her with the utmost compassion & kindness.
Every request I had was acted upon immediately.
The residence itself is absolutely lovely too.
I’ll be forever thankful to the whole team there

The friendly nursing, kitchen and lifestyle team are amazing. The residents are always kept busy with daily fun activities. These staff work very hard at all times by always attending to the residents and providing them with the greatest respect and attention at all times.

Without a doubt infinite care Edmonton Gardens is the best choice we made for our father as they serve him with utmost respect and dignity. Both the staff and management are unified to helping in everything we have asked. Whether it was to set up the internet or just to have a cup of coffee they maintain respect in all aspects. I can honestly ask them anything and they respond like they are family. They involve not just those that they care for, but they also involve the residents families in social events, entertainment, movie nights all designed for the residents. Residents and their families are happy

All of the staff are friendly & go above and beyond. There’s a wonderful sense of family throughout Edmonton Gardens. The Lifestyle team of Michelle, Gillian & Jessica are first class. Every month they create the most incredible & varied activities which are thoroughly enjoyed by the residents.

Revolving door of unprofessional management, lies and excuses by the dozens, some wonderful caring staff and some very lazy nasty staff showing no empathy what so ever but have lots to say always whilst sitting on their backside. Unfortunately this is normal in most nursing homes.
