Great to deal with, I know nothing about what I needed but these guys explained what I can do and told be where I could get it. Can not be too bad a company if they don’t sell it, they will help you source it.

Phoned an order through ( it took 3 calls to get an answer), went to collect it and was literally spoken to like Im a child. The long and short of it is that they are just extremely rude! Don't buy as much steel I used too, but obviously won't be going back. Have been supporting the business through various name changes for many years.

Our truck went there to pick up an 8k order. We had some lengths of roofing on the tray. They could not even move it to load our order. I rang to speak to the Manager Chris to see if they would move the roofing to load our order and he flatly refused to help us. I really didn't appreciate the way we were treated and considering the current situation the country is in I'd expect a lot more from this so called location Manager. We will avoid buying from this branch where possible and believe the so called manager needs to do do a course in customer service and people management or he may need a job change.

Don’t bother going here unless you want to be spoken to like a child. The staff member I encountered was arrogant and didn’t really care about what I required. Will never be back and I’ll be sure to tell all my trade mates.

Phoned ahead to make sure theyd have what i needed and would be open at 330 and was assured open until 430. Arrived at 330 and the place is closed. Im all for early knock off but what a joke.
