Katherine and Matt provided exceptional service from start to finish. Katherine was polite, professional, and knowledgeable when helping me book the service for my mum, who had just come home from the hospital and was adjusting to having carers in her home. Matt was punctual, incredibly efficient with the installation, and explained how to use the Eufy doorbell clearly and patiently. I couldn’t fault their service and will happily recommend them whenever I can!

Innogreen delivered a very efficient and customer centric service. From the moment I rang Katherine she organised everything from sending me the security rebate form and answering my questions about it to organising Matt to install it the very next morning. Matt arrived at the appointed time and was very helpful and good at what he does. He not only
Installed the doorbell security system but also completed our rebate documentation and forwarded it onto the relevant state govt department. He also made sure we knew how to work it before he left. All in all it was a stress free experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Innogreen for the sale and installation of security products.

We were very impressed with the service provided by Innogreen this morning. The doorbell was installed quickly and we were taken through the operating steps by a very patient Matt!
