I recently purchased the Vegas L-shape Sofa Set and Eden Drawer Bed from Innovation Furniture Warehouse. The sales team was highly professional, knowledgeable, and non-pushy, making the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.

Delivery was same-day, and while there was a minor issue with a small fixture during assembly, the Innovation Team quickly delivered a replacement at no extra cost—truly exceeding expectations! The bed was easy to assemble, and the customer service was outstanding. Highly recommended, and I will definitely shop here again!

After looking at all the reviews flaunted and visited the store, I forgot the name of the lady with glasses who worked on sunday but she helped a lot in giving some overview whilst we are looking at models, offered an additional discount if we are buying what all we need and we left the place as we came in the last hour. Came back on a different day as we got a great response, and the prices are reasonable. This time, a salesperson with whom we never spoke was very rude and mentioned we came earlier and didn't buy anything. We never spoke to her and didn't even notice her in the first visit. Kept, insisting that she already told and spoke about the price that we never asked for ignored her for all the good reasons.When we finally decided to buy something and mentioned about the discounted price from the previous visit she astonishingly became upset started to yell saying that you didn't buy the other day this is what I sell for can go to elsewhere if we want to, felt stunned stopped her in the middle of something she was about to speak, drove for 3 minutes away from this store and found the same model/sofa with same colour/ comfort for a 40% cheaper price almost.

Never going back to this store just because of the lady who is so rude and not at all accommodating the customer's.

Nice ads, nice furniture! Price is reasonable for the brand new furniture. They seem very popular so need to order fast before they sold out the furniture. Luckily I got mine with their same day delivery✌🏻Love my bed!

Good and cheap and layby was negotiated within 3 months ( less than 2 month and half, friendly at start when they're selling you things. 2nd time was a different sales woman, which was fine. The same lady who sold me furniture wasn't very welcoming after you came in regularly to pay off, as a regular customer who has come in at least 6 times.

I feel like if your in sales, friendly, or smiling manner would be appreciated all the time, then the customer will come in and more often and spread the word.

Got it home and fixed it but had some trouble angling it. I sent an email to their support, they responded immediately and sent someone to fix it. Great service here…
