I thought coming in store for a bit of advice would be okay. As it is normally when dealing with any business. Called prior to rocking up and asked if I brought my car with me could they look at my receiver and tell me what hitch would best suit.
I was instantly told that they couldn’t help me.
I would not recommend these guys to anyone. They aren’t prepared to assist you in anyway and use the excuse of being a “wholesaler” as a way of getting out of helping you. I’ve since bought my mister hitches hitch from a different shop and have also been told from them that these guys are totally rude and they refuse to deal with them as a wholesaler. I’ve also had two other mates call and have had the same poor experience. In short - you are better off looking elsewhere to spend your time and money.
