I contacted Jeanette at Intricate Engineering on 12/5/17 regarding a small job for a customer of mine and emailed a drawing. Will be completed next week I was told. I heard nothing and rang 3 weeks later. Next week for sure, we will ring when ready. I am still waiting 7 weeks later. If you cannot do the job why do you tell customers you can. Extemely poor service. Will never use them again!

I asked intricate to do a small job which they said they could do.
Every week for seven weeks they said it will be next week.
Just grave up on the eighth week.They could have made things easy by just saying we are to busy.

Complete waste off time droped off a sample to water jet was told 3 weeks went 2 months later was told 2 weeks went back in 2 weeks was told this week then there power was out machine needed rewinding every excuse under the sun for a small job if you can't do the job let people know so they can go elsewhere
