Unfortunately poor quality. Had custom door jambs made and they where bowed took us forever to make good. Plus the profile didn't match the drawing. Promised quality but fell short.

I am an interior designer, Lauren Mahoney at Studio Trio who has used Intrim products for many years. There is nothing that I cannot find from Intrim, they have it all and the customer service is excellent. My builders and trades like working with the product. I was particularly impressed when they made arched reveals for my own home, these were super impressive. Anyone building renovating or designing should only look here for all your needs.

Working on an interior design for a large apartment, I made an on-line enquiry about mouldings for doors/architraves and skirtings. Some days later I received a phone call from Intrim, but it appeared that the person I spoke to didn't take my enquiry seriously. However I was told a representative would follow up - but no call came. Very bad PR from Intrim, I certainly wouldn't recommend the company to any of my colleagues.

Picked up some Chair Railing to install into a nursery renovation we did. The amount of choice was unmatched and the quality is spot on. Thanks to Intrim we have a unique room fitout with character !

* Intrim staff gave me good price and prompt service - before delivery.
* Intrim used Barnetts Courier for delivery and the driver left the stuff on the Footpath as per the photo attached, creating PUBLIC HAZARD / Public Liability issue. As per Invoice “NOTE- Product to be unloaded kerbside or on driveway of property only.”
* I called Intrim immediately when I heard from my client, that the stuff is left on the footpath. I was told that Intrim cannot do anything about it as the driver of Barnetts Courier doesn't work for Intrim !!!! I had a brief chat with some Intrim customer service lady on the phone and requested her to contact the Courier immediately and ask him to safely put the stuff on the Grass area (not on the footpath) outside the property. The lady on the phone kept defending that the Courier has done the right thing and finally she hung up on me !! Not very impressed with the POOR AFTER SALES service.
* So, anyone buying in future, please ensure before paying that the clear instructions for SAFE DELIVERY is mentioned on your Invoice.
* I have attached a couple of photos herewith as a proof. Note :: Rego of Truck - Barnetts Courier is HUS 087. Be aware of this driver !!!
* After I left the feedback, one Harvey from Intrim started making threatening phone calls and sending emails to me to remove this feedback or risk legal action. He threatened me over the phone to destroy my business in retaliation for leaving this poor feedback. I refused to take it off unless I receive an apology from the courier that they used, for creating public nuisance. Harvey kept on blaming me for this experience.
* Today I received a letter from their LAWYER threatening me to remove this feedback, which is a 100% correct version of my experience with Intrim. Their lawyer is telling me to not make any Google Reviews or talk about my experience with Intrim on any other social media posts !!!

The staff at Intrim are always very professional and eager to help. They have a wonderful product range which many profiles to suit any style of interiors. I have been specifying Intrim for over 5 years now and can't recommend this company enough. The samples always arrive to the office very quickly and are packaged and presented very nicely. Just have to say Intrimgroup well done an 5 stars your massive product range almost made it difficult to choose from and the quality of the samples I looked at were outstanding compared to what I have seen to but the one thing that sold me was every product is Australian Made. I will be placing my order on Monday

Totally endorse all 5 star ratings. I have spoken to several of the girls and everyone has been so knowledgeable about each product and wonderfully helpful. We ordered a product and then had a quick change of mind - absolutely no issue in getting it sorted out. Great delivery time also. Congratulations Intrim.
