Absolutely exceptional service from all staff from simply walking in for a look to finding the most comfortable lounge on the planet!

We went to all the major furniture stores and sat on dozens and dozens of couches until we came here and not only is the product second to none but the entire process was more like a pleasant experience rather than just a simple transaction.

I will recommend you guys to everyone I talk to!

Absolutely exceptional company to deal with. Purchased furniture through Ipswich Furniture Court approximately May 2021 and then unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I couldn’t take possession of my furniture until August 2024. This company went above and beyond my wildest expectations. Not once did they insist/demand that I pick up my furniture. Throughout the whole ordeal they would ring me every couple of months for an update on my situation and just held it there in the warehouse without any issues. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of every single staff member that dealt with me. I was overwhelmed by their caring attitude. Ipswich should be so proud to have such a wonderful business that actually cares about their customers not just the sales and profits. I will be forever grateful to them and the way they handled my situation and I have told anyone and everyone who will listen to make sure they support this fantastic business. My hubby and I had a great experience today. Tony the sales person was excellent and very patient while we asked questions about the various types of recliners available. All the staff were very friendly and it was a very relaxing shopping experience. A great place to shop.

We are completely happy with this business and can’t rate this company high enough. My husband who has a physical disability has to use an electric recliner to sleep/daytime use and when his own recliner broke down we were devastated. He had to sleep in his electric wheelchair for two days. I approached Bed RUs and they were fantastic. Not only did we get recliner chair that we needed but it was delivered the next day. We are so grateful to them and will be doing business with them again soon.
