I bought a $800 whipper snipper off this store. It has had non stop dramas. Now that another store has fixed it this place doesn't want anything to do with it and certainly aren't interested in having it paid for under warranty. Also tried to tell me that "bad fuel" may have caused the valve clearance issues and carby gasket failure. Pathetic.

I highly recommend this business! Karen answered my call promptly (some places didn't even answer) & was very helpful. When I went in to view the whipper snipper I was looking at purchasing, Jon attended to me immediately & explained everything about how to use it & most importantly how to change the trimmer cord. He was amazing!! Best customer service I've had in a long time!!

I turned up before closing and The service was great and helpful plus I got advice and they also changed over my wiper snipper head and it now works incredible, I definitely will be back.

It’s service like this that makes me happy that local is still strong before this I went to Bunnings and the guy told me I was asking a hard question and had no idea. Shop local always is a big reminder to me. Thank you guys 🙏🔥

Ordered a part for my Hansa chipper last week and was quoted $165. Stopped in on Friday to collect and went to pay and the price was $182.50. I quizzed the shiela at the counter and was told there was a $17.50 freight charge. I told her there was no mention of freight when I ordered it so I shouldn't have to pay it. She then said "do you expect us to absorb the cost?". I just replied that I wanted to pay what I was quoted. She didn't budge so I left without the item. If I'm going to pay freight I would just order online and get it delivered to my front door. Just checked online and can get the part for the same price with free shipping.
