I had my screen protector replaced and asked multiple times if it will fit with my case. (My old one got pushed off from the case). They confirmed it would not be a problem with the gel one. After it had been done I already saw that the corners were underneath the case and lots of bubbles. I said that is exactly what I didn't want. He said sorry that's all he could do.
The protector wasn't straight, corners torn off after 2 days again. I cut them off with sizzlers.
A 6 year old could have done a better job and 50 bucks gone to waste.

Supplied and fitted a genuine screen was also confirmed by iso18 new repairs configuration accepting screen and showing it was a genuine screen
They also had extensive knowledge and understanding of Apple products and Can do more complex repairs than your general phone repairs place and has all the correct tooling for the job that is a rare thing to see

If I could rate higher than a 5, I would. The service was unbelievable! We had a battery in a laptop replaced and a cracked screen on an iPhone! Both took less than half an hour! We followed up on another day with a technical issue, and the guy there fixed it in a flash, at no charge! Amazing.
I would thoroughly recommend iSmash for any IT queries!

Have an iPod which I bought in 2012 and have my music downloaded onto it, after all these years it stopped working. It was recommended to me to take the iPod to iSmashed which I did. From the lovely lady at the reception counter to Pratap I received excellent service. Pratap kept me informed of what was needed and he got it working again. Thank you Pratap.

Great service! Presented them with an early 2000s MP4 player with the mode button not working. Quoted repair price, no fix no charge. 2 days later they rang for it to be picked up and it has worked well ever since.

I had a terrible experience with this service. After having my phone screen repaired, it cracked again within 24 hours without being dropped. I contacted them to address the issue, but they refused to fix it without me paying for the repair, leaving me with a broken screen and no resolution. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
