Since I posted this review (see below) Consumer Affairs contacted Itechworld who have now provided me with a refund for the two missing items from my order. This is just over a thousand dollars. It is a huge relief and I am grateful for Consumer Affairs support. The refund is welcome but does not cover the months and multiple contacts trying to remedy an avoidable situation. Thumbs up for Consumer Affairs W.A.👍

I purchased a 4WD kit over $3k at their end of financial year sale with the plan of having it fitted in July before I left overseas. The kit was lost and arrived piecemeal when I was in Bali and before we left for Portugal. We arrived back in Australia September and I again booked fitting with an autoelectrician. He told me there was no inverter and the wrong charger had been sent. I contacted Itech world that day by phone 21/10/24 to report and was told that the items had been sent. However after taking photos of the incorrect charger and further contact about the lost order on 9/12/24 Itechworld admitted liability-
“We acknowledge that mistakes occurred with your order, including the delivery of the incorrect charger and the reported missing inverter. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.”
So here we are after another two months and no refund. I paid $333.14 for the charger and $714.97 for the inverter for a total of $1048.11. All up very disappointing.

Itech world delivery super fast to Melbourne 2 days earlier than expected. Ifrost fridge is great used battery and fridge ran for 15 hours on -4 and still was going well before recharge. Yet to charge on solar but expect to be great. Highly recommend better fridge than my old fridge.

The initial customer service and sales was great, couldn't fault them but the postage side of things was terrible. Items went to a completely different depot then original addresses supplied, no tracking or consignment notices were sent and had the chase Itechworld for these. Even trying to see where the items had gone seemed to be a lot of trouble as they didn't have a lot of visibility on them apparently.

The products themselves look great but is off putting dealing with the mess in between.

I have purchased the following: iTechworld 200 watt Raptor Solar blanket, a PS500P power bank, a JS80 Jump Starter set and a 40l iFrost ice chest and am currently awaiting the 20amp hour battery. I am extreamly please with my purchase and have had no issues with any of them.

Purchased a battery box and 100ah lithium battery they work great, just be aware if purchasing a dcdc charger pre wired kit that they have installed a rubber grommet around the Anderson plug end making it extremely hard to run wires defeating the purpose of the Anderson plug
