I was decorating over the weekend and remove the panel which controlled the AC unit. A small ribbon type connector came out of the back when I tried to put back on the wall it wouldn’t work. I called in to the at IZone, and explain what happened. They were very helpful. I brought in the unit. They diagnosed it. There was a problem with the circuit board. They went out of their way to give me another upgraded unit at no charge. Absolutely fantastic Service highly recommended.

We value that they came the same day. The service technician was polite and respectful. He worked efficiently and competed the job quickly. Working in the roof space would’ve been quite hot, but he completed the task with no fuss. As always, service was excellent and air con was back functioning within an hour. Thank you.

Amazing service: I self-installed an iZone irrigation controller and it worked except that it would not pair with the hub. I filled in an online help form, and just a couple of hours!!! later Farhaan arrived and fixed things. I should also mention the helpful and friendly people who replied to my initial enquiry email and who sold me the controller and demonstrated how to set it up.
