I bought a tray from Jac through a major Car dealer in Brisbane. I noticed just over a year corrosion starting near s/s capping and s/s hinges. I first thought it was a silicon they used when I approached them (20-05-19). JAC said it was normal movement and it had been near saltwater. The car has never been near salt water and always under cover, the s/s caps can't move either. JAC also said only a year warranty which is ridiculous such a short warranty time and this is due to poor workmanship anyway. I consulted panel beaters and another quality tray company and they said its due to the s/s being made to tight and sharp and it has cut through the paint to allum. and they mentioned it should have also had rubber installed between some surfaces (such as hinges) to stop this. JAC needs to learn how to install s/s to allum if they are going to do this. Very disappointed with this poor quality and the fact that JAC just deny any wrong doing and offer to fix their wrongs. The car dealership in Brisbane will no longer use them either. It has gotten worse now and paint is starting to bubble off (see photos) and I will have to get the whole tray redone. Don't buy these trays its not worth the hassle and they won't fix their mistakes either.

Very happy with our new Landcruiser tray, exactly what we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for the guys, great workmanship & really well priced.
Heard of these guys here in Brisbane, and it was worth the drive to get the job done properly first time.
