Liz and Jaimie at James Lane Caringbah were so helpful from the moment I walked through the door, right through to my delivery and unpacking!
Liz knew I needed a sealer for my new dining table which I forgot to purchase and went as far as to drop one off to me because I wouldn’t make it to the store in time before closing. Above and beyond. 5 stars ladies, I can’t thank you enough. Most importantly I adore my new furniture!

I felt so unwelcome when I came to James Lane at Caringbah. The two ladies behind the desk stared me down repeatedly whilst I was sitting on couches and trialling them out. Not one hello or offer to help, yet when a couple walked in they were served immediately. I assume it was because I was young and they didn’t take me seriously but I just found the service wildly different to all the other stores in centre where the sales people were friendly and happy to help. Such a shame considering that I was genuinely interested in the couches. I went to Lounge Lovers instead and purchased one there where the service was better.

Lounge was on sale almost half price and exactly what i wanted. Got it delivered 4 days later. Free delivery. Delivery on time and guys were great. Not one hassle and so easy to communicate with.

Perfect Lounge, great customer service
I bought the Mimi lounge with ottoman from Caringbah store. Vicki was amazing from start to finish. Before I bought it I went back about three times and helped me all the way. I couldn't have asked for better customer service and the lounge is amazing. Happy days so good I just bought one for my parents

The team at James Lane Caringbah were incredibly helpful, professional and attentive from the moment we walked in.
Vicki was kindly patient with my decision to change my initial order and was very accommodating and understanding. Amanda walked me around the store to explain all of the options available to my lounge room dimensions and was very detailed with the features and benefits of each variety.
Thank you very much ladies as it is refreshing to see old fashioned attentive customer service that focuses on clients needs. Will definitely refer friends and be coming back for future purchases.
