Myself and 2 buddies dropped off deer here. 2 were dropped off together and one was about 2 weeks prior. All 3 deer were packaged the same. The ground meat seems good but all of the vacuum packed meat was done very poorly. All three deer was the same and that was that there was a lot of air left in the vacuumed packages, and ice crystals already forming. I’m sure the meat will be good for a few weeks but not much longer than that before getting freezer burnt. We are all pretty disappointed because this processor is only a few miles from where we hunt so that made it very convenient for us but from now on we will make the trip to Abilene for all of our processing

By far the best processor we have used. They take pride in what they do, and it shows in the amazing taste of the meats. Only place I've taken my deer to where it comes out tasting amazing with little to no gameyness taste! Only place my family and our friends will use! They have a great variety of processes they can do to any meat. They will get every bit of your animals meat they can! Super clean place, and also a great owner and staff to work with. I highly recommend only using them if you want fantastic meat from your hard work.

This is the second year I have used them I highly recommend them you get all of your meat back and very thorough in the process I live in Fort Worth and could not make it back to pick up my deer meat until 3 weeks later they said no problem you’re meat I safe here pick it up when you can I Will definitely use them again

James is a great guy to deal with, always friendly and glad to have your business. The only issue I had with my processing is I didn't get enough jalapeño sausage. That stuff is great! He vacuum packs and tenderizes the meat so it lasts long in storage and is tender when fried into CF steak. He has a miriad of options for processing and is very knowledgeable about processing. His prices seem right in line with other processors ($80 for basic steaks and hb meat at this time) so give him a try.
Just remembered he does gutting and trophy caping for additional fees, but doesn't do hogs.
