I was cooking a Mother's day dinner in the Motorhome when I heard a loud "bang"! All the power went and my lights went out, plunging us into darkness. It was a scary moment.

The next day I found the wire that came with my inverter had melted and was black and charred.

I took it to Jack and he replaced the wires with really thick ones as well as adding fuses for safety. We tested the result together and it ran all my electrics no problem. It has been several months since the install and it has all worked without any issues, and I now feel confident and safe with the system now.
