Tired old bloke there was not interested in helping with advice but luckily he didn't because I was rushed and didn't get everything I was after so I went to midland jaycar and what a relief.
The information i wanted on the products I purchased at malaga was completely wrong.
I got 24v switches when I was very clear I was doing 12v work.
Ended up chucking the switches I bought from old grumpy ass in malaga and bought new ones in midland which made everything super simple.

Purchased 15m of battery cable. Turns out I was given 8G wiring instead of 6G so the next day I went back to JayCar Malaga & asked of if I could exchange the 8G cable I was given for 6G cable.

The lady kept saying she couldn’t refund because , as quote ‘they can’t reconnect the cable back to the roll once it’s cut’.

This makes no sense since they sell the cable per 1m in length, not per roll.

I ended up walking out of the store and purchased the 6G cable at an Auto Electrical store which turned out to be far cheaper.

Worst customer service I've seen in quite a while - there was this blonde lady in her 20's or so, and another guy of the same age more or less both couldn't give any useful advice and both refused to step outside to have a look at the car. The final touch was that the girl kept fidgeting with a shiny object as she was taking to me, which kept flickering in my eye, and when asked if she could stop she refused saying she had ADHD and that she could not stop the fidgeting lest she'd "get nervous" (her words). Went across the road to AutoBarn and the young guy there did his best to help, went out to the parking to had a look (the problem was a screw that i had to remove) and solved my problem in 10 minutes.

The worst rude customer service,
Needed help with wiring and older guy with earrings had a serious attitude problem.just points its over there,Asked if he can help and says, yeah that looks the same to which it wasn’t ,then he just walks off in to the back room .
Just walked out in disgust, This company needs to employ people who want to work and know what there doing,Complete waste of time going to Jaycar, Why would anyone shop here.

I was just assulted by this horrible human being, had my phone taken from me.
While trying to return, once again LED touch light, that seems, none are glued together.

Two returns since 9th August.
Yes, a return, a day nearly.

My head torch, which, last time, wasn't refunded, then resold to me, so I'd have full warranty, a actual traceable account etc.
Which I need to use tonight, would, in her words, never be replaced.

Not good enough.
Products, "need to last 12 Months"
Service Staff, need to calm down.

I can handle, stopping my life, to return things.

The touch lights, that were thrown at me, no return, new receipt as should be done.
Told to immediately leave.

I can, will not be assulted, have my belongings touched, taken away from me.

No Customer should be abused, shouted at while they get "Served"

Yes, this happened at around 5pm, I am in the carpark here, hoping for an apology.

Replacement etc.
It hasn't happened.

Special Human with Pink hair is a pleasure to deal with, can't believe the two returns already, me happy to keep going with their product, etc.
Happened so smoothly.

But hea, different Humans se me differently.

One seen me as the "Devil"

One see's me as a "Saint"

One does enough to get paid.
One is there to "serve", have happy Customers return.

I purchased some items from Jaycar Ellenbrook and was told I can return any or all unused items for a refund should I not use them as long as they are in original packaging.
I went to Jaycar Malaga and asked if they accept returns/ refund from other stores which the employee confirmed.
However when the what I assume was the manager was required to give authorisation for the register she has some attitude which I mentioned to her was quite rude.
She also ordered the employee to dispose and bin the brand new fuse items even they been in packaging from the Ellenbrook store, apparently due to being a consumable.
Her attitude as well as wasting brand new items is unacceptable therefore I won’t purchase anything from this store again.
The “manager” is the only one without a name tag and refused to give me her name thinking she could not be identified when I called Jaycar head office.
