This team was one of the friendliest in customer service. Issue with my 12v 50L fridge. Saturday to enquire. Staff member knew the issue. Attempted their procedure. Informed me to return the next day if still occurring.

Returned on the Monday, dealt with Josh. Told the story and he did not question it one bit. Knew the issue and was an instant swap to a new one and he reinforced the stores product and their support to customers.

This team made the process simple to follow and removed the stress of the old customer stigma of trying to get free stuff or upgrades when there is an issue.

Thank you to the team and keep up this awesome attitude.

I have always found the staff in this store to be polite, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful. But not on Saturday. I won't use the word greeted, because it was more of an annoyed glare! The big useless lump was very unpleasant to deal with, and of absolutely no help at all, I was extremely disappointed as he could only say 'no' before I'd even managed to finish my question. I almost left deflated and without what I'd came in for. As luck would have it, he disappeared thankfully, and another member of staff approached me offering assistance. Such a relief, back to the friendly, knowledgeable help that I've come to expect from this great store. This guy exceeded my expectations, and we will be back in the near future to purchase another fridge. For the record, I was, as I always am, extremely polite, in no way did I deserve to be treated like I was. It's not often I say this, but there must be someone else out there that deserves the job more. As a business owner myself, of 30 years, I can only assume that his parents own the shop? I can't imagine any other way he'd get the job otherwise. Just giving you the heads up, if you are unlucky enough to see this person in there, just try another member of staff. This guy would be bad for any business. Still a great store, with great products and very knowledgeable, helpful staff, just one bad apple in the barrel. It wasn't a clash of personalities either as the glare greeted me before I'd even had a chance to open my mouth!

JAYCAR is always the place I end up visiting for all my electrical and accessories requirements related to cars. They however do far more than this, they stock a large number of electronic parts and equipment. The parking is free and close to the shop. Service is good, in store lighting and air-conditioning is good.
