I walked in at 7:15pm hardly any customers - waited so patiently as I knew what I wanted and was ready to buy a washer and dryer.. sighted and counted 6 staff at counter chatting. 15 min later still waiting and hovering around washer section. Looked at staff from a distance to imply I was ready. They looked back but no movement. Then another staff member walked right next to me and offered assistance to a man that just walked in.
A bit shocked I ask if someone could look after me and their reply was that they were all looking after customers - at which point I said where are the customers? Other sales person said he would call frank over - frank walked out after another 10 min and asked the family next to me if they needed assistance.

Absolutely appalling- I didn’t even expect much. Counted 11 staff all up could see 1 actually with a client.

Before leaving with no service after 30min, I took some video of the shop with lack of customers but plenty of staff - i can only post pictures here - but you get the point off my photo.

Friendly staff, especially the men out in the loading dock. I wish I got his name but it was on Sunday last week. I offered to assist him but he took the whole machine himself without breaking a sweat.

I love the layout here, everything is easy to find and the staff are honestly AMAZING. Welcoming, honest, helpful and kind.

Popped in today with the family and were looking at back 2 school laptop and bag as well as a gaming headset.
KAYCEE was a friendly face and asked a lot great questions to help us find the right fit for a gaming headset and with the school laptop.
Definitely returning back as having a genuine care towards my needs as a customer is what I admire most.

Store is a bit overwhelming, but the service from Kaycee was absolutely stellar. Couldn't believe he was fresh out of training. 10/10, hope you crush your psychology degree bro! Don't forget to talk to Elisa for me 🙂

I recently visited this store to purchase an Apple MacBook Air, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The service was exceptional – the staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

While there, I also inquired about OLED TVs, and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. They were incredibly patient, took the time to explain the features in detail, and answered all my questions with genuine care.

It was a fantastic experience, and I left feeling confident about my purchase. I’ll definitely be coming back to buy the TV here. Highly recommend this store for both their products and outstanding customer service!

Went in on New Year’s Eve to purchase a fridge, tv and security camera bundle. I was served by John in the white goods department and he was excellent. I had visited numerous other stores in the previous days and no one had any real understanding of fridges in particular but John was a fountain of knowledge (I believe worked for Whirlpool in years past). As price was competitive across the products I purchased here given the great customer service that was offered. Suggest other stores look into having more people like John who know about more than just TVs and iPads etc.

The customer service I received from Josh at Kedron store today was unbelievable. I wanted to write this review as I feel saying thank you - didn’t quite cut it and he deserves more acknowledgement and appreciation. I was sent to the Kedron store from another store to collect a record my daughter is wanting for Christmas. The system was showing there was one in stock at the Kedron store. Turns out the Kedron store doesn’t stock vinyls. It was very busy in the store being a week out from Christmas. I’d expect to just be told this and sent away with a refund or wait for a month or so for more stock to arrive. Nope. Josh went above and beyond and after I’d left the store he called some other stores arranged for the record to be sent to Kedron ASAP and called me back (I missed the call) so he text me to call back. Who has time to go to these lengths when everyone is flat out At this busy time of year as well as burnt out from dealing with customers 😂 Josh, you’re awesome. You’ve made my little girl so happy. She wants this record more than anything else. Even if it doesn’t arrive before Christmas, just the effort you put in to try and make it happen says a lot about the person you are. Not many people go the extra mile when there’s an easier option to just say sorry, no can do. Thanks again!!!

It’s a toxic environment that should not be allowed to operate.

This business is an absolute disgrace. They blatantly discriminate against clients from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse communities.

I witnessed firsthand how they prioritized certain clients while others were left waiting endlessly with no updates or support.

The staff is shockingly rude and unprofessional, showing no understanding for different cultural needs. Instead of providing support, they made me feel humiliated and unwelcome. The lack of cultural sensitivity in their services is downright unacceptable, especially in this day and age.

This business fails on every level—poor communication, dishonest practices, and an obvious disregard for ethical standards. If you value respect, fairness, and quality service, stay as far away from this place as possible.
