From what I can see, this is as full-sized as any JB Hi-Fi store that I have visited in Australia.
Usually always busy when I have visited, you may wait a short time for staff attention.
When aiming to find a particular product, I always do a quick eBay and google search so that I may recognise a good price.
It's always reassuring to have a physical product in your hands before purchasing and trained and knowledgeable sales staff to assist you to identify the best products to suit your needs.

Lovely staff. Jordan helped me find my laptop and was so knowledgeable and helpful. Very lovely and professional. Staff there are generally very helpful and never push for upgrades or unnecessary advertise products. Really happy with the service

Armin, who was the first person to greet us also provided excellent, professional service, with finest and style, answering all our technical queries and organising the best solution for my mother's ethnic satellite viewing requirements. It took 12 minutes from saying hello to Armin to selecting, purchasing, paying and wheeling out a brand-new TV out of the store to our car. Armin provided a stellar solution, and we are very happy with the results. Thank you, Armin, you have made my elderly mother so happy.

Terrible customer service. Just to buy a simple item in a locable cupboard I waited for 30min. And two customer service officers despite my request neglected me. I was in the next line, and the lady officer in the front left hand section on 12 December afternoon was then served to another customer who was waiting after me. She then was rude to me. They don't have enough staff to lookafter large number of custmers visiting the shop during peak seasons. Staff is under pressure. Going elsewhere is easier. Sad, this place service is deteriorating.

Never had a worse customer service experience in my entire life from this pathetic staff in this pathetic store. Sold me a laptop but failed to mention it wasn’t even in stock and told me to come back next week so I came back the following week just for them to tell me they still didn’t have it. Spent 40 minutes on hold when I called up about it to see where it was. Then when they finally got it I came back into the store for the third time in 4 weeks and they wouldn’t give it to me even though I had the receipt. I will never be going to this store again absolutely hopeless
Spent $699 on a laptop and a month later I still don’t have it

Such great customer service, thanks to staff member that looked after my friend and I when looking for a mobile plan yesterday such a legend! This guy was helping others whilst with us sooo good and just real professional about it, he would quickly ask people what they were after and refers them to the different areas and also would call another staff member that was in a particular area👍🏽 so helpful to customers and polite even though some were hmmm..👀 but just kept hustling🙌🏽 thank u Bro with the faint blue through ur hair sorry I forgot ur name😊 keep being great😊
