Driving through town and felt like a good pub meal and drink. Service was great and the food was just what we were after. Hot, fresh and tasty!!! Finished with a smile 🙂

Stopped here for lunch today, I had already eaten but my friends hadn't. The daily special was leek and bacon soup with garlic sourdough bread. I decided to have that as it was cold, rainy and miserable outside. It was one of the best soups I have ever tasted.|Practically licked the plate! My friends had Parma and garlic prawns and they thoroughly enjoyed it.|The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only negative was that their wine selection was very, very limited, but it is a country town after all and they had plenty of beer on tap.|I would return for lunch.

Snitty was great.. Chicken was nice and juicy with an amazing crunch to create the perfect Snitty..
Accompanied with with some tasty fries and a crisp and tasty salad.
Prices were great.
Only Drama is, I couldn't eat it all

We decided to eat here as it looked Ok. The setting was a typical simple pub and the staff were friendly. We ordered our meals and all three different meals were very average with one dish being bland and below average, so based on what we had, we couldn't really recommend it as a food stop to look forward to.

Decided on a Boxing Day pub lunch while staying in Deniliquin. As the Conargo Pub had burned down we continued onto Jerilderie and glad we did. Typical country pub with super friendly locals. Chicken Parma's and Chicken Schnitzel were cooked to perfection with chips and a real salad. Great value meals and great tap beer. Well worth the drive!

Been to bar on two occasions. Excellent service from a friendly young, very Irish, Irish barmaid. For city folk who may be travelling through and not have experienced fair dinkum True Blue Aussie blokes and sheilas conversing on a wide range of topics, as only country folk can, it is great free entertainment. The outside area is well appointed some great Australiana items. Entertainment stage set up in a shipping container. I'd like to be there on a Friday or Saturday night, whenever live entertainment is on. I noted rooms advertised at $50 a single and $60 a double. Meals available.

Apart from the friendly barmaid, this place was an absolute dump. Garbage everywhere, no sign of cleaning, disgusting bathrooms also overflowing with rubbish, no toilet paper, manky kitchen, and a lounge area that looked like the sharehose from hell. Seemed to be run and occupied by backpackers who treated it like a ghetto squat. Also got quite sick from the beer served downstairs - obviously the lines hadnt been cleaned in decades. Avoid this place like the plague.

I've stayed in lots of country pubs, but this one is sadly the worst. The staff were wonderful (the best bit), but I was surprised that there wasn't a sink in the room (unusual for a country pub). No sink, no TV, dirty kitchen, full of food from the residents. The bathrooms needs a refurb desperately, broken mirror, no lock on toilet and hard to keep clean in such disrepair. It was also clear that the womens was being used by men whose rooms were closer to that than the mens bathroom. Needs a good facelift or to charge less than the $50/night that I paid. Sorry guys.
