In addition to its extensive collection of books, the Jerilderie Library houses a small museum dedicated to the region's bushrangers and convicts. This exhibit showcases the area's rich history and sheds light on the lives of those who shaped it. The display of the Kelly Gang and other bushrangers is particularly fascinating, offering insight into their roles and impact on the community.

The library is just across the road from several historical buildings associated with Ned Kelly. It was such an attractive modern building that we wanted to inspect it.

The librarian kindly broke off temporarily from reading to some children to welcome us, and direct us to further Bushrangers and Convicts exhibits in their own small museum.

Lovely!

Thanks to the most welcoming librarian who accommodated our interest despite her lunchtime.
The bushranger and Kelly Gang display was fascinating.
And a bonus was 1000s of books for sale.
