I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I called over a week ago to book an appointment, and I was assured it was taken care of. However, upon arrival (or follow-up), I was told no such booking existed. This level of incompetence is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the staff I dealt with were nothing short of arrogant. Instead of taking accountability or offering a solution, they were dismissive and unhelpful. It’s shocking that a business would treat its customers this way.

If this is the standard of service, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and advising others to do the same. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated poorly.

I was very hesitant about buying a pressure washer (there are sooo many options), but the team here really made me feel comfortable. They are very, very knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me out. I was asking them my million questions a minute, and they answered it all patiently!

I had gone around to at least 7 places for help regarding what pressure washer to buy, and jetwave by far had the best customer service !!!

Everyone in the store is friendly. I dealt with a top bloke called Aaron.

Their after sales service is also excellent!!!

Even after I bought my machine, they did not shun me away and helped me fix a few minor problems I encountered right away.

They even bolted down my pressure washer for me in my ute and routed up all the plumbing, etc!

Overall good machine good service and good after sales service.

Highly recommend this place to new to pressure washer operators and to the pros.

I just want to write this review with so much thanks for all the team at Industrial Cleaning Equipment. I have mainly dealt with Darren, who is exemplary in all aspects….he literally will go out of his way to make sure he gives you all the information. He even supplies additional videos to view as well as his complete honest opinion….All the team at Industrial Cleaning Equipment are absolutely top notch. I have only had excellent, positive experiences with them every time I have come in. I will go so far as to say that this is the only shop I terms of pressure cleaning equipment. I have been in the business over ten years and, have dealt with most other pressure cleaning businesses. What sets this business apart, is the staff, which go over and beyond in every request. This shop as well as the staff has been transformative to me and my business. I just want to thank Darren and all the staff for all the help you have given me. I absolutely recommend Jetwave Western Australia (ICE). After getting the run around from other companies that didn't manage to help at all these guys told me to come see them, they had my issue worked out on arrival and fixed, serviced and ready to pick up the next day. Quite frankly I wouldn't waste my time going anywhere else from now on, just can't beat the service and knowledge on offer from these guys!

Had an issue with my industrial pressure cleaner. Found the pressure cleaning shop close by to where I was working and phoned them up. They did not hesitate to say bring it straight in, to my suprise they dropped what they where doing and attended to my machine straight away. They not only fixed the issue they went above and beyond to get my machine running fantastic. Unlike other pressure cleaner shops in perth where they say leave it with us and it takes 2 weeks to get your machine back, the guys got it up and running while I waited. Great guys and they certainly no what they are doing. Will be going back for anything to do with my pressure cleaner. Top class service!

Aaron was extremely helpful both over the phone and upon my visit. Knowledgeable and Professional and even printed me off a parts list for my cleaner if I have further troubles in the future. Hopefully I won't be back for a while but if I do have troubles again with my cleaner this will be my first shop I'll be calling. 👏👏👏

Disgusting service since Graham has left, purchased 4 Haaga Sweepers through them and have had problems with each of them failing with parts coming off, very difficult to deal with Industrial Cleaning Equipment for a warranty claim, they finally said it was covered under warranty, had the machines picked up, and then sent 2 quotes for expected cost to do the work, after telling me it would be at no charge.
Furthermore, then tried to bribe me, saying if i purchased a vacuum, they would fix the sweepers at no cost!

Account closed, will never return to use this business and they have just lost the sale of another 4 units we have been waiting to buy pending outcome of warranty claims.

Was once a good place to go with good service but i will now be advising as many people as i can to steer clear!
