Very good team to deal with, ordering was a breeze. Pick up was easy. Good quality product, instructions were not the best very small print. I got the motorcycle lift with the only bug I had was my Breakout is so low that I needed shoring on the ramp so my bike doesn’t scrape the mainframe when putting it on/off the platform.

Customer service is amazing. Ryan was the one who I spoke with and he was fantastic. Quality of the tool boxes couldn’t be better either. If I ever need anymore tool boxes I will 100% be getting them from Joel’s. We’ve told and shown everyone we know just how good it is and will continue to recommend to everyone
