We appeared with our non starting car, advised that we are not Karratha locals.
They worked with us to get a work around for the situation so we could get the car home to be looked at further in Paraburdoo.

I thought I had a gas leak in my AC, but it's just the Pilbara sun not letting the AC to properly cool the cabin of my 2009 Triton.

Jolly did a gas check, told me nothing was wrong, charged me 88, and sent me on my way.

2 weeks ago, we had and electrical issue with our Chevy Silverado, while travelling.
Jolly’s booked us in within a week.
4 and 1/2 hours later they had us back on the road.
We would like to make a special thank you to Jack, for his prompt and efficient service.

I get its a busy local shop obviously they gonna be busy!
So after booking my car In way over a month ahead, to get headlamps installed a few indicators fixed a new battery and a little tidy up on cables so far so good.
For about 3 days I got daily updates per phone call which you would expect I guess.
After that nothing had to call myself for almost 2 weeks to see where it’s at!
Being told all sorts of different stories of why it’s not ready.
6 hours labour compare to 2 weeks?
One harness ordered on express ok I get that but zero communication in between not so much!
Taking car out for first time front lights all loose really?
High beam not working?
Taking $1600 something with pretty much all parts supplied other then a $30 harness without an apology for a 2 week wait really?
Not good enough in my opinion!

Called today Saturday at 10am ,issue with caravan fridge, told to come in, drove straight into work bay, Trevor tended to issue immediately, fixed in 15 mins, could not recommend more highly for prompt courteous service, and reasonably priced.

My grandson went to go for a driving test today but the car failed because the indicator was out. I went to Jolly Good and they changed out the globes straight up, in the heat of the day. We didn't get back in time for the test but they did their best trying. Thank you. Highly recommended, 5 stars.

Won’t go back! I Got a price over the phone to get a Anderson plug - a safety Dave camera and electric brake’s for caravan install - $1200 which I didn’t think was to bad price wise, so booked car in .. traveled 6 hours to get job done, went to pick car up to find out they didn’t have time to install the safety Dave camera and then charged me $700 more than the original price they quoted me over the phone! Service was terrible!! Lucky to get one star!
