We hired JoshFernandes® Studios to cover the photos and video of an important project. Josh and his team were friendly and responded swiftly in the lead-up to the event. The quote was a bit on the high end but seemed fair for high-quality and timely delivery. The initial briefing was thorough. Unfortunately, when it came to the delivery, the timelines agreed upon in the contract were missed, and crucial content wasn’t captured.

The event took place in May, and as of September, the video still wasn’t finished. By that point, the hype around the project and relevance of the product had faded, which defeated the entire purpose of capturing the show. This lost business opportunity was frustrating enough, but it was further compounded by JoshFernandes® Studios’ inability to resolve the issue with a fair outcome.

It’s a shame, as Josh is a genuinely nice person, but this experience has been a significant headache and a waste of time and money for us. We hope JoshFernandes® Studios can improve their communication and commitment to agreed timelines in the future.
