After visiting every tool shop in Toowoomba we found this place, absolute saviours! They had the tool I needed that fit perfectly, top quality product, just like everything else they sell and we've baught! Staff go above and beyond to do everything they can to help, and in our case that was a rounded head bolt with an easy out broken off inside, the worst possible situation! Could not of gotten it out without them! 100% do recommend 👌

Purchased a $300 carbide saw blade through these guys after being assured by them it would be fine to use in my cut off saw. Did 3 cuts and completely ruined the blade. Took the saw and blade down to the shop and get an explanation why. Discovered the blade was actually for a completely different saw all together which they didn’t even sell or could even order in. They refused to give me any refund on the blade or take any responsibility for recommending it to me. Had been dealing with the buisness for a fair few years. Now I will never spend another $ with them nore recommend them.

I have had a great experience with the independently owner operator Peter and his friendly staff especially Andrea, are very helpful offering personalised experienced service and are sound product experts you know they have the integrity to help you whether it be your hobby or business.
The staff were very friendly and warm when I came in and browed their store, I didn’t feel pressured as I walked around and was able to get advice promptly when I needed it, overall a great experience.
They also stock the Pelican Cases here such as the Spacecase range that are Designed and manufactured in Australia by Pelican-Trimcast down in Victoria.
They have a huge, and I mean huge, range of quality hand, air and power tools with 20,000 products on display and access to over 100,000 items to order you certainly will be able to get your job done right here.
They have been in business since 1991 servicing the Toowoomba region in Queensland. They truly have a unique business that helps the rest of Toowoomba grow and prosper.
