Buyer beware. Worst experience ever. It has taken over 7 months to get product that I ordered and paid for at Craft Alive in Rockhampton. Excuse after excuse. I asked for a refund multiple times. Finally had to settle for different product. And if it weren't for a friend that just happen to be visiting Townsville I am unsure that I would have ever gotten my product. No offer of anything for my troubles or to cover the shipping I paid for. Terrible customer service.

I’m very keen to visit looking for a bernina but after heading to your shop twice just didn’t make it before 3 o’clock would be fab if one day a week you opened till a little later. Heading back Saturday morn.
