Michael worked on my laptop professionally and patiently until he figured out the issue and fixed it (while other shops did not know what the bug was). His service was outstanding. Being a computer geek myself he also told me how he fixed it. Would highly recommend him for any laptop issues, their software is also cheaper than the other retailers. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Ordered a prebuilt pc that they sell, I called up once and was told it should be ready this week. Mind you it should be taking 8 business days max. I have gotten no updates on my order and have only not refunded because the prices are solid for the specs being brand new and it's local. I have a mate that ordered his own CUSTOM build and got an update on his pc order on the same day he ordered while i'm sitting here for almost over 2 weeks with nothing. More than likely won't be seeing me returning. Big ups to the Asian bloke he explained everything. I believe his name is Jason by reading other reviews.

This retailer was the only one in Sydney having a particular motherboard I wanted in stock. I gave them a call to confirm the stock of the item and the very kind gentleman on the phone reserved it for me. I went to pick the item up the next day. The store staff were very kind and helpful. Terrible buyer experience. Do not trust google reviews

Ordered a very expensive Laptop out of working hours. Immediately contacted via email to cancel my order after having seen reviews around and having found a better price on a reputable seller. The day after, shop replied they rejected cancelling the order claiming it shipment was already in process. From tracking history I verified this to be a very obvious lie. As a last attempt to find an amicable conclusion to this story, I proposed them to price match the other seller's offer. Apart from informing me they would not cancel the order, he shop never replied to any of my messages.

I have to say customer service and support was. Second to none . I went in for help with soft wear and CHRIS was the nicest nothing was a problem . I’m not very good with computers etc and Chris was so kind and helpful I cannot recommend this place enough . My son had his computer built here several years ago and the service hasn’t changed . Thank you Chris I really appreciated all your help .

Won’t be coming back to these guys. Ordered a network switch for a client and paid for express post because I needed it quick. 5 days later it hadn’t even shipped yet so I sent an email asking what’s up and they finally decided to ship it. Received it and it’s faulty, trying to contact support to see if I can get a replacement and it’s just crickets.. have not received a response to my email 6 days now… tried to call and was on hold for way too long I had to hang up. Worst IT company in Aus.

I bought a gaming pc from jw computers in bankstown, Do helped me and guide me the whole process, and a few months later, he helped me disassemble only my nvidia graphic card in a separate box for overseas traveling including special care for anti static and foam for the original pc box. Definitely will be back and 100% recommend Do for everything you need for your next pc.
