I had a smashed caravan window after an attempted break in..... and they were able to replace the glass with smoked perspex, on a same day service.... The only thing you should be aware of is that you have to take the window frame off the caravan yourself, I took the frame to them, and they cut the perspex to fit.... I then refitted the window to the caravan opening. I think that this is a fair policy by them, due to the huge variation of windows for caravans....I was pleased with the service and consider the price to be fair, and it got us on our way....
