Whether they are Australia's best caravan is people's opinion. My opinion is that they are far and away the best built caravans in Australia. BUT, what makes them outstanding is no doubt their customer service and their genuine want to make sure the customer is happy

A quality product with superb and friendly service. We are onto our second van, and chose Kedron for the strength of the build, the quality of the finish and the responsiveness of the firm to any issues. No brand is without issues of some sort, but what makes the difference is when the factory says “That shouldn’t have happened, we’ll fix it”. And fix it they do. A fantastic product and service. Not only are Kedron vans strong, but they look great too!

We have dealt with Kedron Caravans since 2001-- our 3rd van is planned. We have traveled all states in our vans, on and off road, with great pleasure. The greatest thing has been the help from owners and staff when ever we had a problem or just a question. I have been a Kedron caravan owner for just on twelve years now & a very happy owner.
The care and attention you receive from ‘the factory’ is second to none.
Over the years our van has been back to ‘the factory’ for repairs.....for general servicing and a couple of wear and tear repairs......at all times we have found the Kedron staff welcoming, keen to listen to our problems and suggestions. The staff appear to ‘want to own’ your problems and with a smile on their faces and NO BS just get on and remedy any concerns you may have.
Doesn’t matter, nearly all product manufacturers will attempt to ‘short shift’ a consumer with warranty or aftermarket support......THIS IS NOT the case with Kedron Caravans!
Yes, my next van..... again, will be a Kedron!
The Gall family have every reason to be so very proud of the quality product they build, and the second to none service they offer to ALL their very satisfied customers.

As a Kedron caravan owner my wife and I have had many a great trip while traveling around our country. Some of the people and characters we have and this was made by our Kedron. Some of the tracks and roads leave a bit to be desired
. I have no problems in recommending Kedron Caravans to anyone wishing to purchase a van wheather a or second hand.

I lost a bung from one of my water tanks and sent an email to purchase a couple of spares. The friendly service lady happily decided to express post 2 units free of charge. Unexpected, but great to experience excellent support when you’re in a bit of trouble. Cheers !

Where to start..... Can't remember names (sorry) The team are fabulous, nothing was too much trouble on the day of our pick up (last week). Everything we thought of on the day, all our 'you know what would be good' eg. foot rail in shower, curtain across bed, bed bolster. These I would expect to have waited to have done at our first service but nope not these team of fabulous. Yep we can do that, and we'll do it now before you leave today. You just don't get this kind of service these days. And to have it as Australian made as you can get just walking through the factory was great, never seen vans coming together before and such quality. Jordan your handover was top notch, thank you greatly you are a star of Kedron. Leisa also another star your high service level is wonderful thank you. The seamstress that was not only onsite to make up a few extras for us, but she was happy to interrupt her work to do ours on the spot - what a gem you are for the Kedron team.
