They saved our fish with the recent few day power outage - got a generator just before they closed. The staff were really helpful at booking and return and made the process really quick and easy. They also clearly explained how to use the generator and any of the fuel costs if we didn't refill the backup canister before return. Definitely recommend the Hornsby shop.

Everything about this buisness, it's employees, service provided, equipment quality and in sum: professionalism, has spoken for itself (in my experience), over the last 7-8yrs.. hence, I don't go anywhere else; it doesn't even cross my mind.. if I need the equipment, that's where I go.
