Bought another bowl to go with my mixer. Website said it was compatible. Get the bowl and the box outside said it wasn’t. Checked the bowl and didn’t fit. Contacted customer service to let them know the website is wrong. They sent out another bowl which also didn’t fit. Finally sent out a cheaper plastic bowl (the others were steel) and wouldn’t refund me the difference of getting a cheaper bowl. Products work well but customer service is very poor. Buyer beware if buying online.

Chef XL stand mixer died right before Christmas, after just two years of use. It was only ever used in a medium capacity and was well looked after. Quality control has clearly dropped with this brand. Went back to a cheaper Sunbeam mixmaster.

Virginia just now was most helpful on the phone. Sending me a free part as a good will gesture, even though the product is not in warranty. Great service team!

Bought Kenwood Multipro Go and not happy at all!
Chopping is fine, but once placed the grating plate, it just can't be taken out at all... it has taken 20-30 mins twist and turn, upside down and pluck out and still so hard. Can't use again as it gets stuck there and it's simply waste of time to take it out.
No response from customer service too.

I purchased the Kenwood Multi Pro Express + Weigh December 30 2021
I used it for the first time a week later to cream (soft) butter and sugar using the mixer attachment.
I found a shred of grey plastic in the mixture and discovered that the drive shaft had been damaged.
To set up the machine I use the paper copy of the manual and my husband checked that I had followed the instructions since it was the first time it had been used.
I want answers to the following:
1. How did this happen when I followed Kenwood instructions?
2. Are Kenwood prepared to replace the plastic driveshaft under warranty?
3. How can I make sure this does not happen in future?
I have contacted Kenwood 4 times with Zero response. NOT HAPPY

I have a few Kenwood kitchen appliances and have only ever had one minor issue over the years. One quick email to customer support, and I had a replacement part delivered to home within a week. No questions asked, no mucking around. The outstanding service and quality of applicances is what makes Kenwood such a trusted brand.

Just on 50 years ago, I purchased, in Auckland, a Kenwood Mini Mixer model no. A345, made in England. Apart from some bushes/brushes being replaced 30 years ago, I have used my mixer every week and it has never missed a beat. It just shows you what buying a good brand can give you. I hope it keeps going for a long time yet. Many thanks.
