Went in for a battery change and was shocked to find they had forcibly pried open the back and permanently damaged the back cover. There's now multiple scratches and also a dent, no longer sitting flush. No doubt, it is no longer water resistant. I've had this watch for over 30 years and was a hand-me down. Avoid this place if you value any of your belongings!

Took my Cartier watch for battery change. Was told give at least 10 minutes+ as to undo the screws which cost at least $105-$110 each would take time. Left it nearly an hour. Got my watch back, battery changed so impressed and only $25. Never thought to check the back, he did keep me talking about some Mercerdes car keys. Missing the screw that sits at 6 o' Clock.
Tried calling store in operating hours no response just answer machine from mobile.
Watch is now not water resistant. Please do the decent thing and rectify...

Went to get a few cut's of two keys - I decided to do 1 key in silver and the other key in gold to differentiate between them. The gold key was a dollar more, yet the quality was shocking. All 4 gold keys bent within a month. All the silver keys are fine and feel like a normal key.

I immediately knew they were worse quality when I received them, I didn't say anything at the time as it was already done, but I wish I had.

It's a really poor business practice to market the coloured keys as more expensive, even though they are worse quality - it's deceiving.

I had worst experience with their staffs and service.
They booked me for programming the remote that I bought from them for more than a hundred dollar . I was there at the time to pick up him but he was not there and even not reply me . When I complaint about commuting couple of times from st ives , the lady works there told me I commute from central coast .!!!!!

After giving David my 18k Gold Plated Gucci watch for a battery change I mentioned to please be careful as it was not a fake. Upon receiving my watch back, he had ‘lost’ one of the 4 gold plated original screws on the back plate and replaced it with a generic steel screw without telling me. When challenged he said ‘What’s your problem? I changed the battery didn’t I ? Charged me $25 for the privilege of effectively devaluing the watch and was deceitful in the process. He said ‘things happen!’ What a unprofessional and dishonest way of doing business. Have forwarded this complaint to Fair Trading.
Post Script 08/02/22…
After being told by David that he would endeavour to rectify the problem after being contacted by Fair Trading, I again a week ago contacted David via text if he had any further resolve to what was happening. He has ignored my text. I noticed that he has replied on Google reviews to every comment except mine. Showing you exactly the type of unprofessional operator he is. As another person that has given a review on a stuffed up engraving episode, stick to key duplicates, you clearly are not competent to offer any other services.
