DON’T USE THEM

Brought my car to them for a oil,fuel and air filter replacement last week.
They never replaced the fuel filter or the air filter. They reinstalled my old air filter incorrectly so had to take it back for them to reinstall it in which they broke the rubber seal off it.
And they most importantly never tightened the oil sump plug which then let all the oil drain out of the car, damaging property and causing damage to my engine. They refused to call me back after contacting them to resurrect the issue. Stay away from them at all costs as very unprofessional and unable to do simple tasks to a car. This is coming from a person who has worked in the motor trade for over the last 10 years.

What a terrific operator. They were fully booked so couldn’t see my car, however, took the time to diagnose the issue over the phone at a busy time of the day. Really appreciate the generosity of the bloke I spoke with - other mechanics gave the standard ‘can’t help you’ - would certainly use keystone in the future.

Awesome 5 star ⭐️ experience. With Troy at Keystone for over 5 years. Recent trip to Exmouth absolutely not possible without the Keystone crew. Had a breakdown the morning of the trip 😓. Rear airbags/compressor completely stuffed in the Prado. Called Troy first thing in the morning. Crew managed to source some parts that weren’t available at Toyota main dealer and got it all fixed ready to go, they worked late to get it done. Can’t believe I got going that avo.
Over and beyond level of customer care and expertise. Thank you mate you made the trip possible🦈🇦🇺👌

Keystone are brilliant, can't recommend highly enough. For the time I had my Forester they looked after me so well, I had a few (separate/unrelated) issues with the car, Troy and the crew always looked after me well/I always left happy with the service and price/cost. Of note, as a loyal and repeat customer, twice the team took time to run diagnostics and assist when faulty alerts appeared, without charging me. Now that's old school customer service. When I get my next car, I'll remain loyal to Keystone.
