Ordered delivery, family feast . Received cold dry up old chicken, looks like yesterday’s chicken. Old chips , one gravy and no coleslaw . Phoned up the store and they couldn’t care less . She hung up. We’d just been to my sisters funeral and we didn’t want to cook so ordering kfc seemed like a good idea. I’ll order red rooster next time

We ordered takeaway of a 10pack of wicked wings at about 8:30pm. 4 wings were fried and cooked well. The other six appear less cooked and have a weird taste. See pic. The ones in the box taste weird and are inedible. Can we please have our money back. I can bring the box in tomorrow with the uneaten pieces

I ordered hot and spicy chicken, it's like bone wrapped in breadcrumbs and fried and served. There is no meat inside. It was horrible experienced.

I ordered a zinger box and asked to replace the potato gravy with just gravy

Instead the gave me one potato gravy and one gravy and took out my chips!!

It seemed everyone wanted KFC. But customer service was great they worked through the orders as quick as they could and everything was fresh. Well done the kid on the counter did a great job keeping his cool.

Just went through drive through. Guy on the speaker didn’t ask if I want a regular or large, as well hot and spicy or original. I was in a rush so didn’t even think to clarify. Poor attitude even over the speaker. Got this meal despite all my instincts telling me not to, but the allure of kfc got me pulling into the drive thru. Should’ve listened to my instincts.

Staff were friendly. I'll be fair and provide a good star rating because even though it took a bit long for my order to be ready, it seems they are understaffed. My rating is just based on the service they provided. Food we ordered was the hot and crispy chicken which was just okay.
