We absolutely love our kidzshack cubby house. They made the process so easy, and we were able to organise a delivery date that worked for us to keep our cubby a surprise for our daughter. Communication was so easy and very prompt! The cubby itself it’s incredible, great quality, worth every cent!! It was also very easy to assemble, with clear instructions! Our daughter loves her cubby house and it’s also a great addition to our garden! If you’re thinking of getting a cubby, dont hesitate it’s a great investment for your children! We love it!

Where do I begin! The most amazing cubby house with Mud Kitchen. I cannot believe how beautiful this cubby is and the space inside is amazing! The way the mud kitchen is set up so you can have a sand pit is awesome. The kids have been loving and non stop playing since we finished painting it! Seriously the BEST cubby EVER! I want to move in 🤣 I know where I’m going when I need a min to myself hehe 😝. Kidz Shack Kidz have the most amazing and kind customer service team along with so many beautiful high quality cubbies and accessories. We would definitely recommend Kid Shack Kidz everyday of the week!!!

Every house needs a kidz shack cubby! The cubby is sturdy and easy to build. I love that they have a wide range to suit everyone’s needs.
Our kids have spent endless hours playing in theirs, it’s fantastic to watch their imaginative run wild. I love the addition of the mud kitchen, below it not only provides shade but an extra space for play.

Could not be happier with our Inspiration Shack from Kidzshack. We loved that we could decorate it to fit in beautifully with our home. And is a huge hit with both the younger kids in our lives and our teenager who has turned it into her chillzone 🥰

I do not recommend Kidzshack cubbies at all. The quality is absolutely terrible, cheap & nasty & clearly mass produced in China. The wood is really brittle, chipped & cracked.
I had our cubby assembled by a professional cubby assembler & within days the wood split & cracked. Our cubby has been placed on concrete pavers as recommended but the floor inside the cubby has needed extra reinforcement as it sits slightly higher than the rest of the foundations.
The first time my child opened the door to enter the cubby the door swung open & hit the veranda putting a hole in the veranda roof, bad design. There is no handle on the door inside so no way to open the door from in the cubby. The window panes do not meet in the middle, there are gaps so the rain gets in.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of Kidzshack cubbies & would never recommend them to anyone.

We love our cubby! We ordered ours over the phone being we are in regional WA. The customer service over the phone was excellent, easy and helpful. The cubby was delivered to our door within a week! When building, the instructions were easy to follow and I would only say the hardest paint of the whole process would be the painting. It’s a lot to paint however once its painted assembly of the cubby was easy (for my husband haha) and it turned out absolutely amazing!! Highly recommend kidzshack
