My husband James and I highly recommend Cam. We have been travelling around Australia and experienced many other service providers and Cam was the most knowledgeable, honest and thorough guy we have come across by far. No one else could diagnose the problem we had with our van and he was able to diagnose and Rectify the issue. He goes through everything with you in detail and can not ask for a better service provider. He goes above and beyond. Only downside is his located in Broome and not Melbourne where we live. It’s extremely hard to find good mechanics that can service your van CORRECTLY and not cut corners and do a good honest proper job these days. Highly recommend Cam, Keiran and his team.

Cam really knows his stuff when it comes to caravan brakes & suspension's. He sorted our problems on our lotus caravan when three previous mechanic's couldn't. I highly recommend this business if you need repairs or servicing.

Refreshing to see good old fashion customer service is not dead but very alive. Cameron (Owner) and Kieran could not have been more helpful. We had a broken spring on caravan the day we heading out of Broome. Had its towed to Cameron and he told me he would help me out. His communication and updates through the process were great and I am driving away with a brand new set of springs and a very happy family. Let the holidays roll on. Thanks again Cameron and Kieran. Hi we went to cam. 4 yrs ago, to fix a job that would take,15 mins to repair, took 3 day & charged $680. Said it would be ready at 4pm, when we went to pick it up, he chased us saying he hadn't had time to fix it, all this time we were trying to find accommodation & were really stressed & upset, we went home & 15 mins later he called us to say it was ready, he then told us he had to get a tyre fixed & we wouldn't get it back until the following morning, then we had to find accomadation for that night. We were so upset, we wouldn't take a bike to be fixed by him, he wasn't a very nice person in our opinion

Cameron may be a technician with some skills, but if you are a foreigner or an Australian with a strong foreign accent, try to go elsewhere to repair your van.

Cameron, the owner of Kimberly Trailer Parts, has an extremely negative and inappropriate attitude towards people who are not native Australians. This was our strong impression, supported by the fact that all the negative comments on social media about his work come from people with foreign-sounding names.

He made us wait and served all the people who arrived after us for a good half hour and even asked us to leave because he couldn’t serve us anytime soon. We stayed and insisted that he look at our suspensions air leak problem. He then changed his tactics to discourage us, finding every possible excuses not to repair our van, even inventing nonexistent problems.

After waiting for a week, we decided to have our suspensions repaired in Katherine, and frankly, I don’t think he would have done a good job with this attitude.

So, if your problem is not very important and if you have an accent, move on and go to the next workshop.
