Worst experience with a medical, I've ever had. Gave them dates well in advance, then rang 3 days later and said the dates weren't availbe. Set a date for my medical then rang back anthor 2days later to find out " if the new dates were avaible" !!! Lost half my personal info, had to redo half of it during a medical, then had to re send my medical details again! Which delayed my onboarding process another month after my potential start date. Get your shit together kinnect!!!

Very friendly, helpful, and efficient people working reception, and the nurse I had was also very professional and kind, and explained everything super well, which really helped ease my nerves since it was my first medical.

Had my first ever proper pre employment medical there today and I wasn't really sure what to expect + was a bit nervous, but the nurse I had was extremely friendly and thorough with her explanations, i didn't feel like i had to wait around or anything which was good and we had plenty of good conversations to pass the time during tests so didn't feel bored or anything.

I went for Coal board medical and staff scheduling the appointments were so rude, they were not ready to get me an appointment in area near where I live, and scheduling appointments on different dates and peak traffic hours.
My colleagues mentioned they got one of the rude nurses there, fortunately nurse I had was good one, took time and explained how it all works.

I have been there for coal board medical. I've faced very rude behaviour from booking staff, we are only allowed to listen, questions are not encouraged. No flexibility allowed to book appointments in a nearby place or convenient time.

The whole team at this clinic provided me with excellent care. Prompt and Professional. They did their best to provide good service with limited staff and busy customers. It has always been a good experience for me to take a Coal Board Medical test with Kinnect in Brisbane and Mackay.

My pre-employment medical was excellent. They are highly efficient and professional in their services and their administration staff is very friendly. I was very thankful for their online medical support team in being flexible and patient to rescheduling my appointment to suit my timetable.
