The most fantastic service from the start to the end the ladies in the show room on point.
Shay the designer squeezed us in on the same day as we went into the show room. And wow Shay's design concept and knowledge is beyond anything she's amazing. The service she has provided us through our kitchen installation has been beyond her line of duty she has been in contact with us while kitchen was been installed.
The installation team where great work from this team is top notch.

Excellent service from Damien Partlin and the Robin at Kitchen Connection Ipswich. Very pleased with the Kitchen design and build quality. Fast efficient installation. So pleased I returned to have them do a matching laundry. Highly recommended.

We recently ordered and have now installed our kitchen through kitchen connection at Ipswich. We dealt with Shaileigh who did our initial in home consultation. We showed her our plans, pictures of kitchens we liked and our space. She helped us make the big decisions, made suggestions and helped us stick to our initial budget. Shae was wonderful, helpful, informative and overall just a lovely person to deal with. We love our new kitchen and we are excited to get our benches next week. Thanks Shae and kitchen connection.

I couldn’t have had a better experience with the team at Ipswich Kitchen Connection. Caryn helped me initially with all my questions and requests in store and then Sarah drew up my kitchen design SO QUICKLY and has spent ENDLESS hours with me on numerous occasions deciding everything for my perfect kitchen. She is so patient and professional and I’m so glad I went with this company.

RATS AHOY!!
After 7 years of having new kitchen fitted with Kitchen Connection Ipswich and ongoing issues with vermin in the kitchen and house we have finally discovered why. Tucked away out of view behind an upper cabinet beside the new fridge recess our technician has smashed a hole about 8 inches wide picked it open with his bare hands to drop a wire from the roof and left it open for rats and cockroaches to commute unabandoned in a gay soiree for the entire duration!, (sure you may say, they must be real pigs, and the answer is no we do wash our dishes and generally try to clean up if we have to eat off the tiles). After contacting warranties I was told claim did not constitute faulty workmanship...!?!!, is that because you need to lose your entire ceiling not just a hole bigger than something made by some jurassic Antechinus Rat Some mediator rang and advised me that because it was 7 years ago couldn't do anything, I queried the 10 year faulty workmanship warranty as advertised and was told to have a chance of getting warranty work done you'd need to claim 2-3 months after fit...nice!! After talking with him I lodged complaint with Fair Trading and CCed him in on it hoping it might spark a positive response. Nup wrong again, he rings me demanding what had I done and advised that he was washing his hands of the whole affair and good luck with Fair Trading...convenient! So now I'm getting quotes to fix up the mess and frankly I'm not sure where to start, is the electrical even compliant given that the wiring from the ceiling has likely been used as a firemans pole by generations of Ratatouille clan. What happens to the conga line of rats in my roof cavity after the job is fixed, will they simply move onto the next residence unfortunate enough to have enlisted the plasterboard skills of the same aforementioned Kitchen Connection contractor? Thanks Kitchen Connection for nothing!

FIVE STAR Kitchen renovation experience at Kitchen Connection Ipswich. We are extremely happy with our complete kitchen renovation experience with Kitchen Connection.
If you are looking for a company that is reliable, trustworthy, top quality and easy to work with then look no further. We purchased from the Ipswich Showroom.
The in showroom, Design, Install and after sales support service have been second to none.
I am not a visual person so the ability to walk around many showrooms to see different finishes in "real life" was extremely helpful rather than small samples in a book. Then our Designer Natalie brought it all to life with a colour 3D picture so we could SEE what our kitchen would look like.
As we were removing a wall and completely moving the kitchen, this helped us know we were making the right choices before potentially undertaking major building works unnecessarily.
We were able to get Kitchen Connection to organise some of our trades; whilst supplying our own where we had connections.
Steven our Customer Service Manager was very helpful, detailed and answered my many questions and offered reassurance along the way and has continued to help with little questions even after install.
We are now booking in our next appointment to get our laundry renovated. We are looking forward to working with Kitchen Connection again and would recommend for anyone undergoing a renovation.

All the staff at the River link store were so helpful and made it so easy.
It all came together beautifully.
Shaileigh was wonderful. She came to the house and measured the kitchen and the wardrobes.
We discussed what I wanted. By the time ai got back She had the design nearly ready.
We went through different options and choices.
I am very excited about my kitchen design. It will be beautiful and functional.
I also worked with Kelly to plan a walkin wardrobe and fittings for the bedrooms, hallway and laundry cupboards.
I am very happy with the design for all the robes.
Kelly was really efficient and helpful and we made great choices.
We were happy with the pricing and the quality of the fittings.
Kelly and Shaileigh stayed late to finish my designs and do the paperwork.
I am so grateful and left very excited and happy after a fun productive afternoon.
I would highly recommend everyone I dealt with at the Riverlink store.

Her design skills and professionalism is to be commended and we were very thankful for the patience she showed and her willingness to help us achieve the results we've been wishing for with the final design of our newly renovated kitchen.
