I always love to go to Malaga store until recently. I ordered coffee knock box and the lady working behind the counter repeatedly asked my name , address & phone number and repeated it loudly over and over so everyone standing waiting to be served certainly knows my private details. Then she called her manager in to help and I had to repeat everything again due to changes to their computer systems. This is not good enough!!!

A great place to shop for all your kitchen needs. I came here today to do Xmas shopping and didn’t exactly expect to spend this much but I took my wife with me which could have been a mistake 😂 This shop is pretty cool and the service is absolutely amazing when it comes to knowledge and friendly customer service. I was served by Hayley (Assistant Store Manager) today at the Malaga store. Fantastic example of what kind of service you would expect from a reputable brand of retail.
Hayley was a complete professional through a bit of a complicated sale as I had to return after purchase.
However she did such a good job so thanks Hayley.

Very average customer service when I was at this store last. I was waiting at the counter for a few minutes while the staff were out back chatting amongst themselves. Eventually a staff member who was on the floor stocking the shelves noticed me and came to serve me. Lets hope that if I ever return to this store that the customer service is a lot better.
