Absolutely sensational staff and service. I always get a lovely hello and assistance, this store set out seems to go on & on with eye temptations everywhere, fantastic displays and assorted accessories for everyone. Thankyou so much for the experience and I’ll definitely be back again soon.

Good experience, staff were able to help me with all my questions and smoothly assisted me with a refund of a faulty Westinghouse single cooktop, in this case I had no choice but to get a replacement but seems like this one item may not be the best bet as far as reliability goes.

A brunette lady 5 minutes ago ruined my experience by putting her rude attitude in my face. Asking me are you alright there in a rude way. I was just having a look with my boyfriend at the coffee machines and she made me feel completely uncomfortable and walked out of the store straight away. If I come back and see that worker again I’m going to walk out of the store because she was so rude.

Customer service needs improving. I was there on a Sunday and it almost felt like I was disrupting staff when asking for help. I acknowledge that my enquiry couldn’t be dealt with by staff but the repeated “I understand” from staff just doesn’t cut it anymore. The constant “ I understand” is the amateur response when you have nothing else to use. The skill to deliver bad news in a positive manner is non-existent.

Some of their range is good but they have moved to heavily push their own brand and have limited stuff in store. If you see it online, it’s likely it won’t be possible to see it.

Older lady with blonde hair was Nickle and diming on a David Jobe price match, including shipping.

Don’t bother with this store, just got to Booragoon around the corner.
