Love the products! Most of the staff were warm and friendly however customer services in a few employees needs improving. The lady that served us today was short and condescending. Was not warm at all and made us feel rather uncomfortable and dismissed.

Good range of stock. Easy to browse. Maybe we struck new staff so we got a couple of contradictory comments on products and their locations/availability. Good place to shop for personal requirements or gifts.

Went in 25/11 with my partner to purchase a Avanti Milk Frothing Jug.
Was served by staff member -Lucy.
My partner is really energetic, friendly and loves a chat and asked how her day was going. No answer. Staff member was blunt, really short with us both and felt like she didn’t want to serve us.

Disappointing because always really enjoy coming in for a browse and purchase.

I took my mother to kitchen warehouse midland today.
What a beautiful welcoming we got as we entered the shop.
Didn't get the young lady's name , but boy did she brighten the place up.
We we're after some glass kitchen tops "heat resistant "
This lady was so very helpful.
Not pushy at all..
It was such a delight.
Good old Awsome Customer Service.
We will be back for sure.

staff are clueless. I asked to buy knife and they tried to sell me the used/blunt display one. then I ask if they can check the other stores to see if they have stock and they say every other store only has the display knife available. i decided to call the closest store, Malaga and they said they had plenty in stock….

Went in earlier today very nervous about starting to try and learn to cook (I’m famously the set fire to cereal bad cook!) and the lovely Irene greeted me. I asked her where the bread trays were and told her I was a very very very green beginner and she made me feel so safe and answered all my questions!

Upon picking the pan she even took me to the counter and wrote down a super simple bread recipe on a card and gave me some tips. Thankyou Irene for making me feel safe and hopeful that this time I might actually make something edible.

The staff here are very helpfull, and very bright and bubbly, onlt went in for a small nic nak but they were happe to spend the time yo help and made some suggestions, they were great with my little boy and even gave him a stamp, little things make all the differnce for me.
