Store manager from the Pines Elanora, Scott has no customer service skills. He refuses to speak on the phone, when he answered the phone he kept trying to tfr me to click and collect which beeps out. So I called back and he just kept doing the same thing, when I finally said something on the 5th call back he refused to take my call and hung up. I tried calling back 15 times after that and he kept hanging up - I have the proof on my call log. I am lodging a formal complaint now with head office - I have been on hold for 5 mins so far. Where are all of KMARTs staff? No one to answer any phone call and an incompetent store manager Scott - terrible service and really really unhappy. Sharing on social community pages too

Also never get a refund on your card here it takes 5 business days to go into your account. If you’re going to buy the garbage they sell at Kmart pay in cash because no doubt you’ll be returning it a day later

We went to Kmart and were kicked out for no reason and with no warning, me and my friend were laughing and holding a toy gun not even loaded and a rude employee came up to us and yelled get out of the store then followed us out. For the entire time we were in there he followed us but he had no right to kick us out with no warning or good reason

May I just say how wonderful the ladies at the photo service are !!!
I came in yesterday morning early in a mad hurry, both ladies were happy to help me, I was in and out only through their help. Well done, and it's NOT the 1st time, I have always had a great experience there but yesterday.... I thank YOU ? ?

Would give 10 stars for Janae from Pacific Pines if it were possible. I was wanting a cast iron casserole dish and couldn't find any in Southport. Rang Pacific pines before travelling 20 km. Had the fortune to get Janae, who, despite it not being her department and despite being flat out took the time to check for me. Kmart you need more staff like her.

Horrible management. This morning i went in to pick up a few things and overheard what seemed to be a manager speaking down horribly to a staff member, raising her voice and all. Unsure of her name but maybe mid 20's with brown hair. It is so sad to see the staff members be treated this way, the woman getting yelled at I've noticed is in the store very often and is always lovely, extremely helpful and always seems doing her job, probably better than others. Unaware of the story behind this situation but as a frequent customer, it is shocking, and in no circumstance is that behaviour acceptable.

bit of a cheap junk treadmill, sometimes theres a bargain.. but every time you fo through the door their scanner goes off and if you walk past too close it beeps right into your ear canal almost rupturing an eardrum with a high pitched alarm beep.. i avoid this store and most department stores for this very reason..
