Had a lovely visit. First off the entry seams to be getting smaller that builds a community as we all find a way to work together to avoid collisions. Then I got one of the best trolleys to start conversations as you make your way around the store and need to apologise to all fellow shoppers for your inabilities to control it due to a broken wheel. And the interaction from the person on exit where you need to justify your exit showing your papers really helps you remember how we live in the land of the free. Would recommend to anyone looking for authentic awkward conversations

Most disgusting service at about 8.30pm Friday 15th November. We paid for some gals knickers and straight away at the checkout realised that we had the wrong size. We then walked over to the service desk and had to ring the buzzer 3 times to get anyone. Finally Emily turned up and argued that we couldn't swap them or have a refund repeating that that was store policy. Emily was very rude and didn't listen. When she put the refund through she asked to see the back of my debit card which I found strange reading the numbers off it. Then she was impatient about payment badgering me to go faster. This service just tells me that Kmart doesn't want my business. I won't be back. You should teach you staff common sense.

Horrible service. Lost our disposable photos from our 21st birthday celebration and didn't contact us about it for months. Went back in hopes to receive more information and was told they would re do the USB but no.

I went to Kmart Wynnum the service was poor. No one around for assistance, when I did eventually see a worker he didn't know what I was talking about & suggested ask at the checkout. 1 person was working all the area. I walked out. Pick up your act.

Bought a $45 shelf for my bedroom, absolute joke the instructions are always confusing takes forever and they gave me screws with the head melted over. So that was fun, you would expect something easy and practical coming from kmart, but it was the complete opposite.

Mid. Asked to use the register with an employee to check me out as I had a lot of things. They told me registers were closed and I had to use self serve. Seriously. As if it wasn't bad enough with having 90% of checkout being self serve already, now the employee who is standing there doing nothing can't even have a single register open. Kmart generally is good but I have never seen an employee there actually doing anything
