Used the Jaycar side of the business to purchase some cable
Was over charged by them was spoken down to and told I didn’t know what I was doing and that the rg58 coax I bought was not for use in Communication. And then gentleman identified himself as an Amateur radio user saying he knows what his selling.. I too hold an Amateur radio license which can’t be used as a tool for the purpose of business gain or a creditation. I also have over 5 years as a field technician in RF communications with Communications Australia PTY LTD. As well as 35 years in the communications hobbies
At the end of the day don’t rip off your Customers or talk down to them cause you never know who might open up business in your town and under cut you .
I would strongly avoid this company and seek Better Service from people with a professional manner

Went in to replace graphics card took Karl's word and "Advice" got it home Karl hadn't even installed the drivers for the Graphics Card now I live in a town 35 kms away so that's a 70km round trip I had to go back 6 more times and the job still isn't done everytime I took it back because of his incompetence he tried blaming me everytime this is what happens when someone doesn't have the mental capabilities for the job I'm taking up to Perth so they can fix the abortion he made of it take my advice don't use Knightline Computers unless you like problems in your life 🤣

Not the owners fault, but I had to get a new tablet when he wouldn't try to repair it. $400

So far I have visited this place twice, and both times they have continued to let me down, The first time I had taken my laptop in for a repair, and all they did was research the part that was broken in my laptop and connected it to the circuit board, I was quoted $1000 or get a new laptop, little did they know, all they had to do was pull it apart to realize there was a connecting ribbon loose, to think it costed me $0 to fix it myself, Although I have to pay a release fee to get it back.

My second experience at this shop was just as bad, I came in for a new charger for my laptop, they provided me with a universal charger that would fit mine, this charger lasted one day, after taking it back they had taken both the laptop and the charger, only releasing the laptop back keeping the charger, they told me the laptop charging port has been fried, not even taking into consideration it could be their charger, after a few weeks I came across an old charger, plugged it into my so called broken laptop, and within seconds it starts up without a problem.

Not planning to come back if I wanted to hand out money it wouldn't be to them.

Was travelling thru Narrogin for work and called in at 5.20pm with a computer issue. Although it wasnt something that could be fixed there & then, they still stayed open a little later than normal to take a look at my issue. Also gave advice on upgrades and answered lots of questions. Thank u.

Took a Lenovo desktop in, only been used 3 hours in 3 years.. Knightline put a better graphics card in it they broke the flap on the disc drive and now it has to stay open for the drive to come out.
Daughter rang them and they said it was broken when it was taken to them. What a load of crock.
They are liars and not very professional
