Booked pre-purchase inspection online; it was easy to reschedule. I received notification before the appointment. I phoned and inquired about it in detail. The lady was helpful. On the day, the mechanic Walker took his time to inspect the vehicle and provided a report. He also gave an estimate of fixing the issues. It took an hour max. I’d call again if needed.

Went in to fix a simple right low beam connector. I was charged $110, which I found overpriced for a quick task. I politely asked for a discount—his wife said $100 if paid in cash, no more. When I asked to speak to Paul, she switched languages, then he became aggressive and swore at me. I still offered the $100 in cash, but he refused and forced me to pay $110 by card or cash.

It wasn’t about the money—it was about the disrespect. I was treated rudely for simply asking, and Paul made it clear he didn’t care because he “has many clients.”

No customer should be spoken to like that. I’m sharing my experience. I’ve included the invoice as proof.

I hope they learn to treat all customers with the same respect they expect in return.

Everything was fine until the day I went in to have my brakes replaced. The next day, I noticed that the BMW centre cap was missing from one of the wheels.

I contacted the shop owner, who reviewed their security footage and confirmed that everything had been installed correctly. I responded with something like, “No worries, maybe it wasn’t installed properly and just fell off.” Right after that, the owner’s wife BLOCKED me on WhatsApp.

Several months later, I went to a different service centre and found out that the wheels had been installed incorrectly. My car is supposed to have smaller wheels in the front and larger ones in the back. However, I had both narrower&higher wheels (225/40) on the left side and both wider&lower wheels (245/35) on the right side.

As a result, the car had been tilted the entire time. The misalignment caused significant issues with the suspension and shock absorbers—the wheels were even hitting the shocks every time I went over a speed bump.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this business due to a lack of adequate communication with clients and the aggressive, offensive behavior of the owners. If you don’t believe me, simply check the comments section and see for yourself how the owner insults customers who were unhappy with the service and tried to provide constructive feedback. This is not how Australian businesses operate - we value respectful treatment of clients and customers. You’re better off avoiding this place and choosing another provider; Thankfully, there are plenty of alternatives in the area.

P.S. Bela, when I first met you, I thought, “Wow, here is a truly strong woman — someone who brought her whole family to a better place for their future, balancing support for her children and grandchildren while building a business, traveling, and helping others.” Now, I see another side of you - someone who seems sensitive, sick, aggressive, and emotionally immature, often prone to outbursts. Obviously, you struggle to genuinely love and appreciate the person you see in the mirror each morning. I understand now that your life might not be as bright as it seems, and perhaps your group has become a way to escape reality. The sad part is that you’re clearly seeking love, friendship, and support there – but it’s largely an illusion. Many of the people who cheer you on in the group are doing so because they want to use your platform for ads, promotions, or social interaction. And honestly, that’s fine - it’s common in online communities. But you know that some of them have used your Koala services and hated them but chose not to say anything. Others believe you may be struggling with mental health issues or alcohol — again, without telling you. This group is not your child, and these people are not your true friends. The love you're looking for is already within you. Try to connect with your own heart and look in the mirror with compassion and self-love. Maybe then, the need to fight and defend constantly will fade.
And lastly, it is illegal in Australia to post someone’s photo and name in public without their consent. I’m choosing to let it go this time, but if you ever publicly offend me or my family again, there will be consequences - legal ones. And I won’t hesitate to act, no matter the time or cost.

I would like to share my positive experience with this service. I brought 2 cars: Peugeot and BMW. I received quality counselling. The BMW has been repaired very well. Didn't change anything that could be saved. A big respect to Paul and Bella. I will definitely come back!
